Tutti Frutti Punch (Mocktail/Cocktail)

Ingredients:
  • 180ml orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 30ml grenadine
  • 4 cups lemon sorbet
  • 3 cups ginger ale
  • 1 cup citrus/orange-flavoured vodka (optional)
  • 4 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 3 lemons, sliced
Method: Combine orange juice, lemon juice, pineapple juice and grenadine in a large container and stir well. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Pour into punch bowl. Using a small ice cream scoop, ball the lemon sorbet into the mixture. Add other ingredients.

Summertime Citrus Punch (Mocktail/Cocktail)

Ingredients:
  • 88 cups lemonade
  • 4 cups pineapple juice
  • 4 cups citrus-flavoured vodka (optional)
  • 4 lemons, sliced
  • 5 limes, sliced
  • 8-10 pineapple rings
  • 6 cups 7-Up or ginger ale
Method: Combine all ingredients except 7-Up/ginger ale in a punch bowl/large jug. Cover and chill for 2 hours. Add 7-Up/ginger ale.

Pimm's Cup (Cocktail)

Ingredients:
  • 120ml lemonade
  • 60ml Pimm's No.1
  • 1-3 cucumber slices
  • Orange and lemon slices
  • Ginger ale, as needed
Method: Combine lemonade, Pimm's, cucumber slices and fruits slices; if desired; into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake moderately and pour into large glass. Top with a splash of ginger ale.

Pacific Blue Sangria (Cocktail)

Ingredients:
  • 1 bottle dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup Blue Curacao
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar syrup
  • 2 oranges, sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 7-Up, as needed
Method: Combine all ingredients except 7-Up in a large jug and stir well. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours. Add 7-Up.

Sangria Tropicale (Cocktail)

Ingredients:
  • 1 bottle dry white wine
  • 1 cup fresh sour
  • 1/2 cup triple sec
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 oranges, sliced 
  • 1 mango, sliced
  • 2 cups sparkling wine (if possible, get Ballatore Gran Spumante)
Method: Combine all ingredients, except sparkling wine, in a large jug and stir well. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours. Add sparkling wine.

Frozen Sangria (Cocktail)

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups red wine
  • 2 cups frozen fruit
  • 1 cup sugar syrup
  • 1/2 cup Cointreau
  • 1/2 cup 7-Up
Method: Combine all ingredients in blender with 1 cup of ice. Blend until smooth. To make it thicker, add more ice and blend again. Pour into glasses.

Wildberry Sangria (Cocktail)

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 3/4 cup blueberries
  • 3/4 cup raspberries
  • 3/4 cup blackberries
  • 3/4 cup boysenberries
  • 3/4 cup sugar syrup
  • 1 bottle red wine
  • 1/2 cup triple sec
  • 1/2 cup berry-flavoured vodka
  • 1 cup orange juice
Method: In saucepan, combine all berries with sugar syrup over low heat. Stir constantly until berries just begin to soften and discolour. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients into a large jug. Add berry mixture (berries and liquid) and stir well. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.

 

Spanish Sangria (Cocktail)

Ingredients:
  • 1 bottle red wine (if possible, get Spanish red wine)
  • 1/4 cup Cognac
  • 1/4 cup orange curacao
  • 1/4 cup sugar syrup
  • 2 oranges, sliced
  • 2 peaches, sliced
  • 2 lemons, sliced
Method: Place all ingredients into large jug and stir well. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.

Mom's Sangria (Cocktail)

Ingredients:
  • 2 bottles red wine (if possible, get Spanish red wine)
  • 360ml Cognac
  • 360ml Cointreau
  • 360ml orange juice
  • 240ml sugar syrup
  • 2 broken cinnamon sticks
  • 3-4 lemons, cut to wedges
  • 3-4 oranges, sliced
  • 12 strawberries, sliced
  • 7-Up, as needed
Method: Place wine, Cognac, Cointreau, orange juice and sugar syrup in large container and stir well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. When ready, pour into ice filled pitcher to 2/3 full. Add fruits, top with 7-Up and stir gently.

Vesper (Cocktail)

Ingredients:
  • 45ml vodka
  • 45ml gin
  • 15ml dry vermouth
Method: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into glass.

Victory Collins (Cocktail)

Ingredients:
  • 45ml vanilla-flavoured vodka
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 60ml grape juice
Method: Fill glass with crushed ice. Shake the vodka, lemon juice and sugar in a cocktail shaker (to dissolve) without ice. Pour mixture into the glass, add grape juice and stir.

Ab Fab (Cocktail)

Ingredients:
  • 30ml vodka
  • 60ml cranberry and raspberry juice
  • Champagne
Method: Shake the vodka and juice in cocktail shaker with ice, and strain into glass. Top with champagne.

Midori Punch (Cocktail)

Ingredients:
  • 500ml Midori
  • 750ml sparkling wine
  • 1 litre pineapple juice
  • 2 cups chopped fruit
  • 4-5 strawberries
  • 5 scoops ice
Method: Pour all ingredients into a punch bowl. Add fruit and ice before serving.

Q.F. Shooter (Cocktail)

Ingredients:
  • Kahlua
  • Midori
  • Baileys
Method: Layer ingredients in order, slowly down the side of the shot glass to create layers. It's the same as the Lady Killer Shooter.

Lady Killer Shooter (Cocktail)

Ingredients:
  • Kahlua
  • Midori
  • Frangelico
Method: Layer ingredients in order, slowly down the side of the shot glass to create layers. Sometime the back of a teaspoon can help. You can pour as much of the ingredients you want in this recipe, as long as you have all  THREE ingredients.


Midori Pash (Cocktail)

Ingredients:
  • 30ml Midori
  • 15ml vodka
  • Top with cranberry juice
Method: Build over ice and serve in highball glass.

Ingredients:
  • 30ml Midori
  • 30ml vodka
  • 60ml cranberry juice
  • 15ml lime juice
Method: Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass.
