Caribbean Sunset (Cocktail)

Ingredients:

• 30ml Midori
• 30ml white rum
• 90ml Ruby Red grapefruit juice

Method: Build over ice and serve in tall glass.

 

Fiji-5-0 (Mocktail/Cocktail)

Ingredients:

• 4 pieces pineapple
• 2 whole apricots
• 30ml coconut cream
• 45ml lime cordial
• Ice cubes to blend

Method: Add all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth and pour.
Note: Add a dash of white rum for a cocktail.
