Sangria Tropicale (Cocktail)
Ingredients:
1 bottle dry white wine
1 cup fresh sour
1/2 cup triple sec
1 cup pineapple chunks
2 oranges, sliced
1 mango, sliced
2 cups sparkling wine (if possible, get Ballatore Gran Spumante)
Method: Combine all ingredients, except sparkling wine, in a large jug and stir well. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours. Add sparkling wine.
