Ab Fab (Cocktail)

Ingredients:

• 30ml vodka
• 60ml cranberry and raspberry juice
• Champagne

Method: Shake the vodka and juice in cocktail shaker with ice, and strain into glass. Top with champagne.

The Ritz Cocktail (Cocktail)

Ingredients:

• 20ml Cognac
• 20ml orange juice
• 10ml lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon caster sugar
• Champagne

Method: Combine Cognac, juices and sugar into shaker. Shake well, strain into champagne flute and top with champagne.

 

Buck's Fizz/Mimosa (Cocktail)

Ingredients:

• 60ml orange juice
• 90ml dry Champagne

Method: Pour the orange juice into the glass through a strainer to remove any pieces of orange flesh. Gently pour in champagne to fill.
