Midori Splice (Cocktail)

Ingredients:

• 30ml Midori
• 30ml Malibu
• Top with pineapple juice
• 30ml cream

Method: Build over ice the first three ingredients, then layer the cream on top very slowly.

Green Eyes (Cocktail)

Ingredients:

• 1 cup ice
• 185ml pineapple juice
• 125ml Midori liqueur
• 125ml coconut milk flavoured white rum
• 80ml coconut cream
• 80ml lime juice

Method: Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses. 

Banana Coconut Slide (Cocktail)

Ingredients:

• 1 banana
• 185ml milk
• 125ml thickened cream
• 125ml Malibu liqueur
• 2 tablespoons banana flavoured liqueur
• 1/2 cup ice cubes

Method: Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Divide among glasses.
