Vampire (Cocktail)

Ingredients:

• 30ml vodka
• 30ml raspberry liqueur
• 30ml lime cordial
• 30ml cranberry juice

Method: Fill shaker half full with ice. Pour all ingredients into shaker. Shake and strain.

Kiwi Nation (Cocktail/Mocktail)

Ingredients:

• Half kiwi fruit
• 6 raspberries
• 10ml Schweppes Raspberry cordial
• Schweppes Lemonade

Method: Add kiwi fruit, raspberries and cordial into glass. Muddle. Add ice, stir and top with lemonade.
Note: To make it a cocktail, add a dash of raspberry liqueur.
