Ingredients:
- 2 pieces honeydew melon
- Half ripe pear
- 30ml verjuice
- 30ml lemon juice cordial
Method: Add honeydew melon and pear into a mixing glass. Muddle. Add verjuice and cordial. Add ice, shake and strain into glass.
Note: Add a dash of pear vodka for a cocktail.
