Gin Fizz (Cocktail)

Ingredients:

• 60ml gin
• 40ml lemon juice
• Sugar syrup
• Soda water

Method: Fill the cocktail shaker with ice, and pour in the gin, juice and a dash of sugar syrup. Shake, strain into glass and top with soda water and stir.
