Apple Jim (Cocktail)

Ingredients:

• 50ml Jim Beam Bourbon
• 30ml apple sour

Method: Fill the glass with ice cubes and pour in apple sour. Gently pour in Bourbon over the back of a teaspoon to give two layers of colour.
